2024 has come to an end, and we would like to take this opportunity to look back on the projects we have been involved in at FoscaFilms.
As for our own productions, we premiered the film PÁJAROS, directed by Pau Durà and starring Javier Gutiérrez and Luis Zahera. We are very happy with the results: Official Selection at the Malaga Film Festival with the Best Actor award (Luis Zahera) and more than 85,000 viewers in cinemas.
We also shot the short film LA PLAGA, by Gemma Capdevila, which premiered at the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival and continues to tour festivals.
Through Ámbar Pictures, we participated in the production of VALENCIANA, Jordi Nuñez's debut film, based on the play of the same name by Jordi Casanovas.
In addition, we have participated in the financing of several external productions: at Mezzanine Films, we collaborated on the feature film UNA BALLENA, by Pablo Hernando and produced by Señor y Señora; the film LA FURGO by Eloy Calvo; the animated series JASMINE & JAMBO ESPECIALS and SOTA EL SOFÀ, all three by Teidees Audiovisuals; SENDOKAI CHAMPIONS by Kotoc studio, an animated series that will be the talk of 2025; and the documentary feature films NOAH by Limmat Films and LA HISTORIA DESCONEGUDA by Kaito Films.
Many of these productions will premiere in 2025, so we will keep you informed. We will also keep you updated on the new projects we have in the works.
